Each water ring comprises a ring core and a water jacket which are arranged in a coaxial sleeve form, wherein thewater jacket is arranged on the outer side of the ring core and is fixedly connected with the ring core; an interlayer is arranged between the water jacket and the ring core; the water jacket is provided with a water inlet hole communicating the interlayer with the corresponding water pipe; the front end of the water jacket and the front end of the ring core are uniformly shrunk into a conical surface, and a water ring gap with the width h is formed between the front end of the water jacket and the front end of the ring core and communicates with the interlayer.
