Abstract

The invention discloses an energy storage two-phase optimization method based on requirement management; the method comprises the following steps: reading user history data; building a month-ahead energy storage assessment model; using a Cplex solver to obtain a month-ahead report requirement value and a configured energy storage capacity via the built month-ahead energy storage assessment model;building a day-ahead energy storage assessment model; using the Cplex solver to calculate the energy storage charging/discharging power in the ith day via the built day-ahead energy storage assessmentmodel; determining whether i is greater than 31 or not; if i<=31, continuously calculating the energy storage charging/discharging power in the ith day; if i>31, determining whether energy storage adding is proper or not; if not, quitting the energy storage adding process; if yes, outputting a scheduling order and ending the process. The method has the optimal economic performance, determines theenergy storage installation capacity for users with energy storage adding intentions, and optimizes energy storage charge and discharge strategies.
