The invention relates to the field of street lamp control, in particular to a novel intelligent street lamp controller, which solves the problems that the prior street lamp control method is not precise enough in the time of turning on/off street lamps, poor in energy saving effects, insufficient in informationization intelligence, and the like. The controller comprises a single chip microcomputer, a multi-sensor array, a clock generation circuit and an execution circuit, wherein the output end of the multi-sensor array is connected with the signal input end of the single chip microcomputer through an amplifying-filtering-processing circuit; the execution circuit comprises a bidirectional thyristor of which a control pole is connected with the signal output end of the single chip microcomputer; the output end of the bidirectional thyristor is serially connected with a relay; and a normally-opened contact of the relay is serially connected with a power supply loop of the street lamps. The controller has the advantages of high reliability, complementation, strong anti-interference ability, reasonable structure, energy conservation, environmental protection, controllability and maintenance convenience, provides a foundation for realizing the networked intelligent control on urban street lamps, and is applicable to the intelligent control on street lamp systems of big/medium/small cities, medium/small towns, residential communities and all types of schools.
