The device is mainly composed of two standard containers with two liquid level sensors, two single-phase gas flowmeters, six control valves and a plurality of pipelines; due to using the standard containers with fixed volume, the method can accurately measure volume flow of liquid phase fluid in multiphase flow, and gas, density and moisture content are combined to calculate the split-phase flow of the oil-gas-water three-phase flow. According to the device, the two standard containers alternately collect and discharge liquid to achieve stable measurement of liquid phase fluidflow, the measuring speed is ensured, and on-line measurement is better achieved. According to the positive displacement principle, the measurement of the liquid phase fluid flow is converted to counting of liquid collecting and discharging frequencies of the standard containers, and complexity of mixed-phase measurement is reduced, the measuring accuracy is improved, and the measuring cost is greatly reduced.
