The product detection method can achieve subtle high-precision detection of missing, deflection and parameter errors of such electronic components as resistors on a PCB, as well as status disqualification of a dial switch; through edge grabbing arrangement of the six-degrees-of-freedom mechanical arm, the detected unqualified products are automatically grabbed away from the production line to realize automation of the whole process; and in combination with matching and high-precision location of edge detection, the approximate positions of the products are found by matching at first, then the pixel coordinates and the angle of a corner of each cuboid product are determined via detection of two edges, the unqualified products are automatically grabbed out, and the product detection method is suitable for detecting different products.

An aspherical mirror, an incidence diaphragm, an extinction diaphragm, a photosensitive area, a spherical reflecting mirror, an emergent diaphragm and a light trap are arranged in turn in the forward direction of the beam. The extinction diaphragm is of a long tube shape, and the opening of the diaphragm is close to the photosensitive area; the spherical reflecting mirror located at the right side of the extinction diaphragm ensures that the photosensitive area and the photosensitive surface of a photoelectric detector are respectively located at the two sides near the spherical center of the spherical reflecting mirror and the physical image relation in geometrical optics is met; the photoelectric detector is a high-sensitivity photoelectric diode; and the sampling nozzles in the gas path are distributed with respect to the photosensitive area. In the invention, the measurement is more accurate as the quality concentration of the inhalable dust is calculated by the energy sum of scattered lights in the particle swarm, and the measuring sensor has wide application as being free from the limit of the total particle number in a unit volume; the signal-to-noise ratio of the sensor is greatly improved as the light path is provided with three diaphragms; and the noise is low, and the measurement is more accurate and stable as the concentration measuring circuit adopts an integral method.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an embedded multi-layer composite thin-film cutting temperature sensor, in particular to a method for measuring the transient cutting temperature of a cutter point during cutting and manufacturing, and belongs to the temperature sensor field. SiO2 insulating film deposition on a cutter body is carried out for a plurality of times, so as to form a multi-layer composite thin film; then a thin-film thermocouple is formed through sputtering deposition of a NiCr thin-film electrode and a NiSi thin-film electrode; and then the prepared thin-film thermocouple is embedded into a protective layer. The radio-frequency reactive unbalanced magnetron sputtering technology is enhanced by adopting a microwave ECR plasma; the prepared thin-film thermocouple is embedded into the protective layer, so as to be prepared into an embedded multi-layer composite thin-film temperature measurement sensor integrating the cutting and the temperature measurement. The sensor has the advantages of long service life and cost-effectiveness. The thermocouple has the advantages of minimum size of a hot end and short response time, thereby achieving the submicrosecond level. A compensation conducting wire is hidden in a cutter head, so that the anti-interference capability is strong. Therefore, the cutting temperature of the cutter point can be measured rapidly, accurately and stably by the method.

Bidirectional magnetic saturated time difference fluxgate sensor

The invention discloses a bidirectional magnetic saturated time difference fluxgate sensor, which is characterized in that two ends of a sensor magnetic core are wound with exciting coils, the middle section of the sensor magnetic core is wound with induction coils, output poles of the induction coils are connected with an amplifying circuit, and the amplifying circuit is connected with a counting display circuit through a band-pass filter circuit and a retardation shaping circuit. By detecting and calculating a positive negative pulse time difference value output by the fluxgate sensor in a time domain, the strength of the measured magnetic field is judged. Compared with the prior fluxgate sensor, the detection circuit is simple, the measurement stability of the system is ensured without a feedback structure, a complex subsequent circuit is not needed, the required excitation current is lower, the data processing is simple, the measured relative quantity is little, the integral volume and power consumption of the sensor are effectively reduced, and the measurement result is acquired quickly. The fluxgate sensor avoids a filter-phase-sensitive demodulation-smooth filter circuit of the prior fluxgate sensor, makes up the defect that the prior fluxgate sensor has harsh process requirement, and achieves the digitized magnetic measurement of the fluxgate sensor.

The whole production line is automatic, the production efficiency is improved, the cost is reduced, production can be rational, and the automatic bottle detection production line is suitable for large-scale production.

The invention provides a device and method capable of simultaneously measuring the velocity field and the concentration field of fluid and especially suitable for online measuring of the velocity field and concentration field during fluid mixing. The shooting object of the two images is the same, but images of different wavelength ranges are displayed. The laser-irradiated image part is used to perform velocity field analysis, and the induced-fluorescence-irradiated image part is used to perform concentration field analysis. The device and method has the advantages that the velocity field and the concentration field are measured simultaneously by using one measuring camera, and the problem that multi-camera shooting is poor in synchronism, complex in structure and high in cost is solved.
