Embodiment Construction

[0041] The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.

[0042] see figure 1 and figure 2 , the present application provides a flexible material static crimp test fixture for testing the recovery characteristics of a flexible material used in a flexible electronic device from a crimped state to a stretched state. The test fixture includes a base 10 , a curved surface carrier 15 , a limiter 20 and a control device (not shown). The curved surface carrier 15 is detachably mounted on the base 10 ; the curved surface of the curved surface carrier 15 is used to curl and carry the flexible material 30 . A part of the flexible material 30 is placed on the surface of the base 10 and is held between the curved surface carrier 15 and the surface of the base 10 , and the end is positioned by the limiter 20 , wherein the flexible mat...

Abstract

Disclosed is a jig for testing the static curl of a flexible material, the jig comprising a base platform (10) and a curved surface carrier (15). The curved surface carrier (15) is mounted on the baseplatform (10). A curved surface of the curved surface carrier (15) is used for curling and carrying a flexible material (30). The flexible material (30) comprises a first portion, a second portion, and a third portion between the first portion and the second portion, wherein in a first test stage, the first portion and the second portion are fixed to the curved surface carrier (15), and the thirdportion is curled on the curved surface carrier (15), and in a second test stage, the first portion is separated from the curved surface carrier and the third portion is released from the curved surface carrier (15) to determine the deformation recovery of the flexible material.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of material performance detection, in particular to a flexible material static curl test fixture and method. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the electronics industry, there are a wide variety of evaluation methods for flexible materials. Flexible materials for rollable electronic device applications generally have two states of use: a curled state and a flat state. For products that need to be rolled repeatedly, it is generally to measure the degree of crimp fatigue limit. That is, the maximum number of coils that damage the material after repeated storage can be tested through the curl fatigue limit test. However, for the recovery characteristics of flexible materials changing from one state to another state for a long time, there is currently no relevant measurement equipment in the industry. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0003] Embodiments of the present invention provide a s...
