The method comprises the steps that step 1, a whole-vehicle controller calibrating system is established; step 2, one-dimensional calibrating parameters are extracted taking fuel consuming amount and electricity consuming amount as calibrating goals under the premise that the power performance ofthe whole vehicle is met and a feasible domain is determined; step 3, a longitudinal neural network is established as a calibrating system surrogate model, parameter sensitivity analysis is conductedto determine key influencing parameters, and parameters with weaker influences are set as constants; step 4, calibrating routes of each parameter are obtained based on main effect graphs of the influence on the calibrating goals on multiple levels of each parameter, and local confidence intervals of each parameter are obtained from the main effect graphs; step 5, an overall theoretical optimal calibrating parameter combination is obtained based on the calibrating system surrogate model, the calibrating routes of each parameter and local sensitivity confidence intervals of each parameter. By means of the calibrating method, the whole-vehicle controller of the hybrid power vehicle can be rapidly calibrated.
