A control circuit for controlling a hysteretic regulator to operate at substantially fixed frequency has a voltage offset circuit which receives a first feedback signal and generates a pair of upper and lower offset voltages; a control reference stage which receives a reference voltage and the upper and lower offset voltages and outputs upper and lower control reference voltages; and a window comparator which receives the upper and lower control reference voltages and an output voltage feedback signal and outputs a pair of upper and lower control voltages for controlling switching of the hysteretic regulator at a fixed frequency. The first feedback signal may be representative of a switching frequency, a temperature or an output voltage of the hysteretic regulator, for example. The voltage offset circuit may further receive a second and / or an additional feedback signal. The first, second and / or additional feedback signals further may be weighted. According to particularly useful embodiments of the invention, the control method for a hysteretic regulator may use both output voltage and switching frequency as primary feedback signals, thereby allowing the window limits (control voltages) to be positioned completely independently and in any possible configuration about the nominal voltage. In other words, the two window limits can be positioned symmetrically or asymmetrically about the nominal voltage, and at the same time the lower window limit can be positioned either below, above, or equal to the upper window limit.

Flexible and mobile high transition rate of temperature test devices

A high thermal change rate of test apparatus aims to realize test equipment requirement of highly accelerated life test(HALT) and highly accelerated stress screening(HASS). Structurally, the apparatus is provided with a cabinet body with an interior for placing test specimen. The cabinet body is provided with elements of fans, electric heating tubes and liquid nitrogen nozzles therein. The positions of the cabinet body and the control system are separate. Several groups (normally 2 or 3 groups, depends on the size of cabinet) of liquid nitrogen pipes connecting the cabinet body are flexible stainless steel pipes for enclosing and insulating sleeve tubes. During full-speed temperature cooling, all groups of the pipes simultaneously eject liquid nitrogen. When temperature is constant, only one group of liquid nitrogen pipe with cryogenic valve and nozzles is used and micro-adjusted to achieve good temperature stability. The cabinet body can match different types of shaker combinations to perform temperature/vibration test with high transition rate of temperature, and be used as a single high thermal change rate of temperature cabinet, can have relatively great assembly flexibility in response to test requirement. The entire apparatus has higher mobility and flexibility than conventional temperature/vibration cabinets.

Rhodamine derivatives and their preparation method and use

The invention relates to rhodamine derivatives and their preparation method and use. The rhodamine derivatives have a general formula I and can be utilized for determination of Fe<3+>. The preparation method of the rhodamine derivatives comprises that an intermediate produced by the reaction of rhodamine B and ethylenediamine is utilized as a raw material and undergoes a condensation reaction with acetylacetone or ethyl acetoacetate in the presence of ceric ammonium nitrate as a catalyst to produce the rhodamine derivatives. Results of an analysis of a mixed-ion interference-resistant iron-ion specific identification capacity of the rhodamine derivatives and an analysis of a living cell condition adaptation capacity of the rhodamine derivatives show that the rhodamine derivatives have strong iron ion specificity, a strong other cation-resistant capacity and a strong living cell condition adaptation capacity, wherein iron ion concentration detection sensitivity is 1*10<-6>; reaction stabilization time is 20 minutes; and a pH value of a Tris-HCl buffer solution is 5.5 or 6.0. The rhodamine derivatives can be utilized as iron ion induction agents for a non-invasive micro-metering system and realizes determination of Fe<3+> concentration, a Fe<3+> flowing speed and a Fe<3+> motion direction.

The invention is directed to a blood bag system, comprising a closed, sterile bag of substantially transparent, bio-compatible material, defining upper and lower ends; an infusion port at the upper end of the bag; an outlet port at the lower end of the bag; an inlet port at the lower end of the bag; a hemo-concentrator having an inlet port and an outlet port; a pair of inlet tubes fluidly connected to the hemo-concentrator inlet port; and a pair of outlet tubes fluidly connected to the hemo-concentrator outlet port. One of the inlet tubes is fluidly connected to the outlet port of the bag, and one of the outlet tubes fluidly connected to the inlet port of the bag. The other of the inlet tubes and the other of the outlet tubes are temporarily sealed (e.g., clamped) to prevent flow therethrough. The bag, the one outlet tube, the hemo-concentrator, and the one inlet tube thus form a closed fluid circulation circuit by which a pump can recycle the blood through the hemo-concentrator. One aspect of the invention includes a hemo-concentrator system and a specially adapted tubing set, for easily and quickly converting the hemo-concentrator from conventional use to use in the blood recovery method. Other aspects of the invention are directed to the combination of tubing set with hemo-concentrator, and to the tubing set itself.
