Abstract

The invention discloses a regional wettability differential type coating and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) polyanions are modified by using 4-azidoaniline hydrochloride; (2) a substrate is soaked in a polycation aqueous solution for 1-60 minutes, is taken out, is put into a modified polyanion aqueous solution to be soaked for 1-60 minutes and then is taken out; (3) the steps are repeated, a coating body with a plurality of cycles of sedimentation are prepared on the substrate; (4) the surface of a coating material is covered with aphotomask with a pattern, and local cross-linking reaction is initiated by irradiating ultraviolet light; (5) the coating material subjected to local cross-linking is placed in a humid environment ormakes contact with water; and (6) the coating body is subjected to silanization treatment and then is spin-coated with lubricating oil so as to obtain the regional wettability differential type coating. According to the coating and the preparation method thereof, the difference of the lubricating oil maintaining capabilities is caused by utilizing the difference of the surface topology morphology,so that the wettability of different regions of the surface can be regulated and controlled, and the coating and the preparation method thereof can be applied to the fields of micro-droplet array preparation, droplet guide and the like.
