Abstract

The roller bit dumbbell-type sealing structure has the characteristicsof being simple and compact in structure, small in occupied space and the like and is mainly composed of a dynamic sealing ring, a static sealing ring, a dumbbell-type rubber sealing ring, a roller cone and a tooth palm shaft neck. According to the technical scheme of the roller bit dumbbell-type sealing structure, a roller cone inner hole where the dynamic sealing ring is located and a tooth palm shaft neck groove where the static sealing ring is located constitute a sealed cavity; a metal sealing device constituted by the dynamic sealing ring, the static sealing ring and the dumbbell-type rubber sealing ring is put into the sealed cavity; the dynamic sealing ring and the roller cone inner hole are in interference fit; the static sealing ring and the tooth palm shaft neck groove are in interference fit; the dynamic sealing ring rotates along with the roller cone; and the dumbbell-type rubber sealing ring is compressed between the dynamic sealing ring and the static sealing ring.
