Abstract

The PDLC assembly comprises a raw material composite plate which is divided into a plurality of sub-plates, and the raw material composite plate is compounded by a first substrate, a second substrate, a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer and a liquid crystal polymer, the first conductive layer is plated on the upper surface of the first substrate, the second conductive layer is plated on the lower surface of the second substrate, and the liquid polymer is positioned between the first conductive layer andthe second conductive layer; the inside of each sub-plate is connected with a control switch and a transformer which are positioned between the first substrate and the second substrate; when the control switch of a certain sub-plate is switched on, liquid crystal in the liquid crystal polymer in the current sub-plate is reversed under the driving effect of the transformer of the current sub-plate, incident light passes through the liquid polymer, and thus, the liquid crystal polymer is changed to be transparent. By the provided PDLC assembly and the manufacturing method thereof, the contrastof a display is improved.
