With secondary equipment operation and maintenance data information as the clue and two-stage closed-loop knowledge management of a regulation and control center and transformer substations as the method, an intelligent operation and maintenance knowledge base is built; accumulated samples are handled through operation and maintenance and knowledge data are created through postmortem analysis, so that automatic defect statistics based on a sample base is realized.
