The method comprises steps of initializing current states, models, hyper-parameters, environments andexploration strategies; according to the exploration strategies, selecting actions to be executed, thereby acquiring rewards and next state; allowing the current state, the actions, the rewards and the next state to form the current sample so as to update the model, the value function and the strategy; after each ploy is finished, adding the current sampling track and the reconstructed sampling track into a track pool; using all tracks in the track pool to update the model; using the updated model to generate simulation samples so as to carry out planning; and when the algorithm reaches the biggest plot number and is converged, obtaining the optimal strategy for achieving indoor air adaptive control. According to the invention, by learning the approximate environment model, and by using the learned environment model, planning is performed, so learning efficiency is improved.
