The method specifically comprises the following steps of obtaining BUG data, wherein the BUG data comprises a BUG quantity of each level; and according to the collected BUG data, performing calculation to obtain a risk value. The system specifically comprises a BUG collection subsystem for regularly collecting the BUG data, a risk analysis subsystem for performing risk analysis according to the collected BUG data, and a risk reminding output subsystem for outputting a risk report and displaying a risk value. The classification can be performed according to modules which BUGs belong to; in each type, the risk value of the module can be calculated, so that the risk calculation and assessment of all the modules ofthe whole system are finished; and meanwhile, the risk calculation is performed according to the modules, so that during system risk analysis, the analysis speed is increased.
