Abstract

The quantitative filling mechanism comprises a valve seat which is internally provided with a valve cavity, and the upper side of the valve cavity is provided with a feeding port hermetically connected to a feeding pipe; the bottom of the valve cavity is provided with a discharging port,and the valve cavity is internally provided with annular convex bodies in the direction of the discharging port in a protruding manner; the quantitative filling mechanism further comprises a valve roddriven by a double-stroke cylinder, and the valve rod extends into the valve cavity; the bottom of the valve rod is provided with a spindle valve head located below the annular convex bodies, and thetop of the spindle valve head is provided with sealing rings which abut against the bottom sides of the annular convex bodies; and the diameter of the discharging port is smaller than the diameter ofthe spindle valve head. The quantitative filling mechanism has the advantages that, through the effect of the double-stroke cylinder, the distance between the bottom spindle valve head and the discharging port is changed; the sectional area of a flow channel is changed, and the purpose of decreasing the flow rate is achieved; and the slow accurate filling is achieved.
