By applying the differential adjustment mechanism, because the differential slider assembly is respectively hinged with the swing rod assembly and the swing driving rod, a rotating pair is utilized for replacing a moving pair to solve the problems of unstable operation and the like due to the fact that a slider is stuck relative to a slide groove, and then, the working reliability of the differential adjustment mechanism provided by the invention is improved.
