Abstract

The invention discloses a test method of injection pumps. The test method comprises the following steps that 1, a liquid tank for containing liquid, a liquid storage barrel, a measuring barrel and a first liquid pump are provided, wherein the to-be-tested injection pumps are arranged in the liquid storage barrel, to-be-injected liquid suction inlets of the injection pumps are in liquid communication with the liquid tank, discharging outlets of the injection pumps are in liquid communication with the liquid storage barrel, the measuring barrel is configured to be used for receiving the liquid overflowing from the liquid storage barrel, the first end of the first liquid pump is in liquid communication with the liquid tank, and the second end of the first liquid pump communicates with workingliquid inlets of the injection pumps; 2, the first liquid pump is controlled to operate, the liquid in the liquid tank is pumped into the injection pumps through the working liquid inlets of the injection pumps and serves as working liquid, so that the liquid is injected from the liquid tank to be sucked into the liquid storage barrel by the injection pumps and then overflows to the measuring barrel; 3, the increasing speed of the volume of the liquid in the measuring barrel is automatically measured; and 4, the flow rate of the injection pumps is determined according to the increasing speedof the volume of the liquid in the measuring barrel.
