The method is applied to an inspection scheduling platform and can comprise the steps of obtaining a target inspected object inputted by a user; generating a corresponding inspection task for the target inspected object, and sendingthe inspection task to a client of the inspection personnel corresponding to the target inspected object; receiving an inspection result returned by the client of the inspection personnel in allusionto the target inspected object; determining whether the target inspected object has an exception or not based on the inspection result; and if so, generating a corresponding fault alarm, and sending the fault alarm to a manufacturer system corresponding to the target inspected object.
