Abstract

A first-way transformer isolation circuit and a second-way transformer isolation circuit connected with each other are adopted to output drive signals with a 0% to 100% duty ratio; each transformer isolation circuit comprises a totem-pole circuit for enhancing the drive capability of input drive signals; a pulse transformer connected with an output end of the totem-pole circuit through a circuit, and is used for performing signal isolation on the drive signals with enhanced drive capability; output ends of the pulse transformers of two ways of transformer isolation circuits are connected with a first resistor in series respectively through a first triode, and the output endsof the pulse transformers of two ways of transformer isolation circuits are further connected to a grid electrode and a source electrode of a switching tube MOSFET respectively. According to the transformer isolation driving method with the adjustable space width range and duty ratio provided by the invention, two ways of transformer isolation circuits are adopted, so that the drive signals withthe 0% to 100% duty ratio can be output; and the transformer isolation driving method has high integration level and meets the requirements of the space exploration field.
