Problems solved by technology

The existing alarm system provides early warning information by early warning monitoring stations, which cannot support the access of multi-port corresponding detection equipment or manual input alarm equipment. At the same time, the distribution of early warning monitoring stations is too sparse, and the collected information is too one-sided, which may issue wrong Early warning information and the collection of early warning signals are single, for example, only one or a few types of earthquake warnings, lightning protection warnings, rain warnings or geological disaster warnings can be forecasted
In the existing technology, when the early warning detection equipment detects the relevant early warning signals in the monitoring station, due to the uncontrollable and out-of-synchronization of the broadcast media, some urgent early warning signals cannot provide effective alarm information to the possible disaster victims in a timely manner.

Embodiment 1

[0036] Please refer to figure 1 , figure 2 , this embodiment proposes an emergency state alarm system, including a terminal input device 100 , an area server 200 and an alarm terminal 300 . Wherein, the terminal input device 100, the regional server 200 and the alarm terminal 300 are all equipped with an uninterrupted normally-on power supply and a backup power supply, so as to prevent the system from being unable to work normally due to a power outage caused by a disaster.

[0037] The terminal input device 100 is used to connect with different monitoring devices 90 to obtain monitoring data, and convert corresponding alarm signals according to the monitoring data. In this embodiment, the monitoring equipment 90 mainly refers to the relevant equipment installed in the disaster early warning and monitoring departments in different regions such as the local municipal level or the national level, including but not limited to, such as the earthquake monitor of the Earthquake Bu...

Embodiment 2

[0069] Please refer to Figure 6 , based on the above-mentioned embodiment, an emergency alarm system proposed in this embodiment further includes: a master control terminal 400 connected to all regional servers 200 . The master control terminal 400 serves as the control center of all regional servers 200, and is used to read all the data of each regional server 200 in real time, and output an alarm signal to all regional servers 200 when it is recognized that it is a major disaster warning for the whole people. Then, each area server 200 sends alarm information to the general public in time through the alarm terminal 300 in its area according to the alarm signal.

[0070] The master control terminal 400 can preset man-made disasters such as nuclear radiation and large-scale natural disasters, such as large-area crustal movement, volcanic eruption, super cold current or heat wave, etc. By analyzing the data of all regional servers 200 and judging that it is a major disaster, ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an emergency state alarming system which comprises a terminal input unit, an area server and an alarming end. The terminal input unit is used for acquiring monitoring data fromdifferent sets of monitoring equipment and converts the monitoring data to corresponding alarm signals. The area server is used for receiving an alarm signal and determines correctness of the alarm signal and transmits the alarm signal to the alarming end when at least a preset number of terminal input units output the same alarm signal. The alarming end has an intervention protocol and is used for immediately issuing related alarming information according to the alarm signal. The emergency state alarming system can realize comprehensive information acquisition. Furthermore through playing the alarm information as early as possible, an alarming plan can be effectively supplied to possible affected people in time before early warning, thereby guiding the citizen to take an emergency countermeasure, and reducing personnel and property loss as possible.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of urban security protection, in particular to an emergency state alarm system. Background technique [0002] At any time, the public safety of the society, the safety of people's lives, and the safety of property are the top priority. The existing alarm system provides early warning information by early warning and monitoring stations, which cannot support the access of multi-port corresponding detection equipment or manual input alarm equipment. Early warning information and the collection of early warning signals are single, for example, only one or a few of earthquake warnings, lightning protection warnings, rain warnings or geological disaster warnings can be forecasted. In the prior art, when the early warning detection equipment detects the relevant early warning signals in the monitoring station, due to the uncontrollable and out-of-synchronization of the broadcast media, some urgent early warning signals can...
