Rice washing water is fermented by utilizing the lactobacillus plantarum and applied to preparation of the hairdressing gel, and the traditional Chinese medicine extract is added, so that due to complementary and assistant effects of the two, aims of nourishing hair, restoring hair elasticity and blackening the hair are achieved.
