The swingable veering cart for the child includes a bottom frame, a swingable bracket and a veering mechanism. A first wheel and second wheels are arranged on the bottom frame, and the first wheel is positioned in front of the second wheels or behind the second wheels. The swingable bracket is rotatably connected to the bottom frame through a first rotating shaft, an axial line of the first rotating shaft extends in the front and rear directions, and a seat for the child to sit down is arranged on the swingable bracket. The veering mechanism is used for making the first wheel veer when the bodyof the child tilts leftwards or rightwards, and composed of a driving bevel gear and a veering bevel gear which are meshed with each other, wherein the driving bevel gear is fixedly connected to or integrated with the swingable bracket or the first rotating shaft to rotate along with the swingable bracket.
