Problems solved by technology

[0004] The existing field full-scale tests are mostly aimed at lines with small spans, and the controllable variables are very limited, so it is impossible to conduct research on various parameters
In addition, split conductor overturning accidents mostly occur on lines with large spans (such as more than 500m), and it is difficult to carry out full-scale loading tests on such lines due to site conditions.
Even if the loading can be realized, due to factors such as high technical cost and difficult operation, the full-scale test is still difficult to meet the test requirements of multiple parameters and multiple working conditions, so that the test is difficult to achieve the expected goal, and the significance of the test research is also very limited

Abstract

A tester suitable for testing torsional rigidity of multiple bundled conductors comprises a bundled conductor model, two supports, two screws, a torque wheel, a torsional angle indicating rod and a loading system. Two ends of the bundled conductor model respectively bypass the tops of the supports for supporting conductors to be fixed to the screws, the torque wheel is mounted at a loading point of the bundled conductor model and connected with the loading system, and the torsional angle indicating rod is placed below the torque wheel and used for reading torsional angle of the bundled conductors. Dead weight of the bundled conductor model is borne through the supports, and height of the supports meets model conductor verticality requirements; a screw base is sufficiently fixed, ends of the conductors are anchored on the screw base, and the screw base is used for providing and adjusting initial horizontal tension of the bundled conductor model; the torque wheel and the loading system are combined for conducting a loading test of the bundled conductor model. The tester can well set test models according to geometric parameters of a prototype route, thereby having high operability and practicability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a test device in the field of research on the mechanical properties of multi-split wires, in particular to a test device suitable for testing the torsional stiffness of multi-split wires. Background technique [0002] Under severe ice and wind conditions, overturning accidents of multi-split conductors caused by large deformation and torsion occur frequently. For large-gauge transmission lines, overturning accidents are more likely to occur due to factors such as its small torsional rigidity, and in severe cases, it will cause wire wear, strand breakage or even wire breakage, which will affect the normal operation of the line. Torsional stiffness is an important parameter for torsion-related problems, and the study of its characteristics is of great significance to effectively solve the problems of split wire flipping and galloping. [0003] At present, domestic and foreign studies on the torsional stiffness characteristics of...
