Abstract

A preparation method of a nanometer silver-kudzu vine root fiber dressing is provided. The method includes subjecting kudzu vine root fibers to degumming treatment by utilizing a Ag2SO4 solution and generating a silver-kudzu vine root fiber precipitate; subjecting the surface of the silver-kudzu vine root fiber precipitate to neutralization treatment; dissolving the treated silver-kudzu vine rootfiber precipitate with an ethanol solution having a concentration of 75%; performing ultrasonic vibration until the solution becomes a stable yellow solution to form a kudzu vine root fiber-nanometersilver mixture agent; adding poly(vinylidene fluoride), dimethylsulfoxide, fatty acid polyethylene glycol ester and a surfactant into the kudzu vine root fiber-nanometer silver mixture agent; performing ultrasonic vibration until the mixture is uniform to prepare an electrostatic spinning solution; and spinning with the electrostatic spinning solution to obtain the dressing. Through the method, flavonoids in kudzu vine roots are maintained in kudzu vine root cellulose in a high ratio so that the prepared dressing has advantages of capability of rapid bleeding arresting, good breathability andhigh antibacterial capability.
