The system comprises an event triggering module,an event monitoring module, a system two-dimensional code SDK module and a two-dimensional code generation module, wherein the event triggering module is used for triggering a trigger instruction usedfor rapidly calling out the two-dimensional code; the event monitoring module is used for monitoring the trigger instruction triggered by the event triggering module; the system two-dimensional codeSDK module is used for sending a request for acquiring the two-dimensional code to a system platform; the two-dimensional code generation module is used for generating the two-dimensional code from binary data of the two-dimensional code, which is returned by the system platform. Compared to the prior art, according to the method and the system for calling out the two-dimensional code on the basisof the operation system and the storage medium, which are disclosed by the invention, an application layer is abandoned, and the operation system is directly embedded, so that rapid and convenient mobile payment can be carried out without unlocking or opening an APP and an applet.
