Theblow-down control device can realize an automatic blow-down function of the electric water heater, is convenient for use of a user, and further can save water resources to certain extent. Besides, the invention further discloses a sanitary system which comprises the automatic blow-down electric water heater and a water flushing device. Sewage discharged by the automatic blow-down electric water heater can enter a water storage box of the water flushing device, and is recycled as water for the water flushing device, so that the water resource is effectively saved.
