A rapid measurement method of the number of fishing gear net meshes by using the rapid measurement device of the number of fishing gear net meshes comprises the following steps: step 1: flatly paving the measurement component, step 2: fixing one end of a fishing gear to one grid of the measurement component; step 3: unfolding the fishing gear, and marking the fishing gear on the measurement component by using the marking component; and step 4: taking awaythe fishing gear, and quickly calculating the number of horizontal net meshes and the number of longitudinal net meshes by counting the number of horizontal and longitudinal marks in the unit grid and the total number of grids covered by the marks.
