The invention discloses a big data-based power distribution network operating state risk early warning system. The system comprises a data acquisition module, a data processing module, an operating state evaluation module and a risk early warning module, wherein the data acquisition module is used to acquire operating state data of a power distribution network in real time; the data processing module is used to process the acquired data to further obtain state information that describes an operating state of the power distribution network; the operating state evaluation module is used to evaluate the operating state of the power distribution network according to the data processed by the data processing module; and the risk early warning module is used to assess the risk level of the operating state of the power distribution network according to an elevation result and send a corresponding alarm signal according to the obtained risk level. According to the scheme of the invention, theoperating state data of the power distribution network that is acquired in real time is analyzed, threat behaviors of the power distribution network can be further sensed, the operating state of the power distribution network is evaluated and predicted according to the sensed threat behaviors, and alarms are further given, so that the electric power workers can discover problems as early as possible, and the risks and losses possibly caused by the threat behaviors in the power distribution network can be minimized.
