The solid-phase powder is a mixture of a temperature-sensitive oxygen-produced compound and a calcium phosphate bone cement solid-phase powder, wherein the temperature-sensitive oxygen-produced compound is a sodium percarbonate-wax microsphere composite suface-coated with a gelatin layer, and the sodium percarbonate-wax microsphere composite is a sodium percarbonate microsphere composite coated with a wax layer. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the above-mentioned calcium phosphate bone cement degradable under regulation.
