phosphate bone cement. A
silicon element is introduced on the basis of
calcium phosphate bone cement, the preparation method of the calcium silicon-phosphate bone
cement is provided, calcium silicon-phosphate is prepared through a high-temperature
calcination method and compounded with alpha-TCP, then the calcium silicon-phosphate compounded hydroxyapatite bone
cement is prepared through a
hydration reaction, the crystalline phase structure and
solubility of the material are optimized, and the calcium silicon-phosphate bone
cement is prepared. The degradation rate and the new
bone growth rate are more synchronous, and finally, the material is completely replaced by new bone tissues; compared with traditional
calcium phosphate cement, mechanical properties such as
compressive strength of the silicon-calcium phosphate bone cement are improved, and clinical requirements of non-bearing or low-bearing parts can be better met. The preparation method is simple and convenient, adopts simple raw materials, is suitable for
mass production, and has a wide clinical application prospect.
