Abstract

A motor is fixedly mounted on the side, close to the first rotating hole, of the base. An output shaft of the motor penetrates through the first rotating hole and extends into the accommodating cavity, and a first bevel gear is welded to the output shaft of the motor. A second bevel gearis engaged with the first bevel gear. A first rotating rod is welded to the second bevel gear. A second rotating hole is formed in the top of the base. The top of the first rotating rod penetrates through the second rotating hole and extends to a position above the base.
