One of the cooling water coil pipes is provided with a cooling water inlet, and the other cooling water coil pipe is provided with a cooling water outlet; and one end of thecooling water circulating pipe is connected to the cooling water inlet, the other end of the cooling water circulating pipe is connected to the cooling water outlet, and thus a cooling water circulating loop is formed.
