The device comprises an arm ring unit and an execution unit; the arm ring unit comprises a left arm ring body and a right arm ring body which are worn on the left arm and the right arm respectively; the left arm ring body comprises a left surface electromyographic signal collection unit, a left control unit and a left sending unit, and the right arm ring body comprises a right surface electromyographic signal collection unit, a right control unit and a right sending unit; the left surface electromyographic signal collection unit, the left control unit and the left sending unit are in wired connection in sequence; the right surface electromyographic signal collection unit, the right control unit and the right sending unit are in wired connection in sequence; the execution unit comprises a receiving unit, a processor and a displayer; the receiving unit, the processor and the displayer are in wired connection in sequence; the arm ring unit is wirelessly connected with the execution unit.
