The invention discloses a
heat energy sustainable utilization and
coal fire control system and method for a
coal field fire zone. The
system is composed of a vacuum
liquid tank, a cooler, a cooling fan, horizontal
drill holes, a high-temperature-resistant
circulating pump, a thermoelectric power generation module, a
voltage stabilizing and increasing module, a storage battery and an
inverter. The main operating method includes the steps that the
coal field fire zone is isolated with a
machine excavation method, the horizontal
drill holes are formed in the independent
coal field fire zone, a
heat carrier absorbs heat in the fire zone through the horizontal
drill holes to become a high-temperature
heat carrier, the high-temperature
heat carrier enters the vacuum
liquid tank under the action of the high-temperature-resistant
circulating pump, and the thermoelectric power generation module at the bottom of the vacuum
liquid tank generates power with the
temperature difference between the top end and the bottom end of the thermoelectric power generation module. By means of the
system, the heat of the
coal field fire zone can be cyclically and sustainably extracted through the heat carrier,
heat energy is converted into
electric energy through thermoelectric power generation, and thus resource waste is reduced; meanwhile, fire source spreading is prevented by isolating the
coal field fire zone, the dual effects of waste
energy recycling and
coal fire control are achieved, and the system has high practicability.
