Abstract

The device comprises a carrying unit for carrying raw materials, a freezing unit for cooling the carryingunit and a control unit, wherein the carrying unit comprises a carrying cavity; the carrying cavity comprises a growth region part on the upper part and a nucleating region part which is positioned below the growth region part; the freezing unit comprises a heat exchange plate positioned on the bottom of the nucleating region part, and a circulating refrigerating unit which is used for cooling the heat exchange plate; a scraping plate assembly is arranged on the bottom wall of the bearing cavity; the scraping plate assembly comprises a scraping plate which is arranged on the bottom wall of the bearing cavity in a penetrating mode, and is matched with the upper side wall of the heat exchange plate; and the scraping plate rotates relative to the heat exchange plate for removing crystal nucleus grown on the heat exchange plate.
