According to the method, a boundary decision-making data replacement method is adopted, so that the time complexity of computation of the time deviation in different observation time windows is greatly reduced; a logarithmic coordinate equal interval method is adopted for the size ofthe observation time window, the operation times can be effectively reduced while the integrity of a time deviation curve is guaranteed, and the real-time measurement of the time deviation can be directly carried out in a portable tester table based on an embedded platform.
