The cabinet is provided with a cabinet liquid inlet and a cabinet liquid outlet for conveying the first refrigerant; and the cabinet further comprises a baffle plate and a backflow mechanism for separating the first refrigerant liquid level into at least two independent areas; each of the independent areas iscommunicated with a backflow liquid inlet on the backflow mechanism, and a backflow liquid outlet on the backflow mechanism is communicated with the cabinet liquid outlet.
