The expert suggestion module provided by the invention can provide more professional guidance suggestions to staff, to ensure professionalism of power network security tests, and reduce accident occurrence probability caused by human. The system analyzes characteristics of periodic changing trend of electric power load through the power load prediction module, and a sinusoidal function model is used as a basic model of prediction data, and has advantages of conforming to actual changes of electric load data. In order to overcome a shortcoming that error is relatively high using the sinusoidal function as the basic model, the system also uses the method of repeative learning to improve accuracy of the prediction.
