The device comprises two clamping devices, a mooring force monitoring device and a data terminal processor, wherein the two clamping devices are arranged on a mooring rope to be monitored in a sleeving manner; a marking grid painted with a fluorescent dye is drawn on the mooring rope to be monitored between the two clamping devices; the mooring force monitoring device comprises a light source, a power supply, a CCD camera and a signal processor; the CCD camera detects and acquires a marking grid deformation visual signal and transmits the visual signal to the signal processor; the signal processor converts the visual signal into a digital signal; the data terminal processor is in data connection with the signal processor through wireless communication equipment; an overall longitudinal vector S of the mooring rope is acquired by calculating an average deformationamount of multiple groups of marking grids; and a corresponding mooring force F of the mooring rope is obtained according to an S-F curve of the mooring rope.
