The invention provides a pressure-loaded one-dimensional consolidation and permeability joint test device, which comprises a main device and an auxiliary device. The main device includes a top cover,a base, a laterally confined sample ring body, a permeable stone, a pneumatic loading hole channel, and a loading
piston. A high-pressure
gas cylinder is used for injecting the air pressure, so that the
piston moves down to compress the sample. A
linear displacement sensor records vertical deformation of the sample until the deformation is stable. At the same time, a
liquid pressure-volume controller injects liquid into the sample and records the injected volume, and records the
mass of the
effluent liquid, so that the liquid flow rate under the
percolation gradient is obtained and a
permeability coefficient is calculated. With pore pressure and
humidity sensors, axial pore pressure and
humidity distribution of the sample under the
osmotic pressure effect is recorded. After the seepage flow,
humidity and pore pressure become stable, a next-stage load is applied and the seepage test is carried out continuously. The operations are repeated to obtain sample deformation data under variousstages of loads, so that the consolidation coefficient of the sample is calculated; and the fluid-
solid coupling characteristics of the soil sample are finally obtained.
