Abstract

The present invention provides an effective image noise detection and denoising method and system. First, the principle of kurtosis-skewness test is used to select samples satisfying the Gaussian distribution in the noise image, and then the noise standard deviation is calculated according to the PCA principle. , and finally use the measured noise standard deviation to perform a new non-local mean denoising on the noisy image. Experimental results show that the detection method of the invention has higher measurement accuracy than the existing method, and the denoising effect is better than the existing classical algorithm. The invention is applicable to natural digital images, including RGB images and grayscale images.
