Abstract

The invention relates to an actuator with a crank and double connecting rods. The actuator comprises a first oil cylinder and a second oil cylinder. A first piston is arranged in the first oil cylinder, and a second piston is arranged in the second oil cylinder. The first piston is hinged to one end of the first connecting rod through a first piston shaft. The second piston is hinged to one end ofthe second connecting rod through a second piston shaft. A first convex shoulder and a second convex shoulder are formed on the upper and lower end faces of the other end, making contact with a hinging shaft, of each the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod correspondingly. First retaining rings are matched with the outer rings of the first convex shoulders. Second retaining rings are matched with the outer rings of the second convex shoulders. The actuator further comprises the crank connected with the hinging shaft, and the other end, not connected with the hinging shaft, of the crank is connected with a driving shaft key. The actuator is convenient to machine and low in cost, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are formed by an integrated connecting rodcasting in machined and cut modes, and thus the connecting part of the first connecting rod and the hinging shaft, the connecting part of the second connecting rod and the hinging shaft, and the connecting part of the crank and the hinging shaft are small in size; and because component force acting on the oil cylinders of the pistons is small, the design requirements of related components in theaspects such as structure and strength are lowered.
