The power transmission mechanism comprises an input shaft which is connected with a motor, an intermediate shaft and an output shaft. The input shaft and the intermediate shaft are fixedly mounted on the supporting plate between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate. The output shaft is fixedly arranged between the upper cover plate and the lower cover plate. The input shaft is provided witha first wire feeding bevel gear and a first spur gear. The intermediate shaft is provided with a second spur gear engaged with first spur gear, and a first twisted wire bevel gear. The output shaft isprovided with a second twisted wire bevel gear which engages with the first twisted wire bevel gear. The wire feeding mechanism comprises a wire leading pipe, a wire leading seat and a wire feeding gear set.
