The daylighing roof comprises a pre-embedded frame, a top window frame and atransparent panel. The pre-embedded frame has a frame body, a plurality of pre-embedded reinforcing bars and a plurality of clamps. The plurality of pre-embedded reinforcing bars and the plurality ofclamps are distributed at periphery of the frame body. When the top window frame is clamped by the plurality of clamps and is fixed above the frame body, the transparent panel is arranged in the top window frame. When the pre-embedded frame is embedded into top of the civil air defense project, the pre-embedded frame can be fixed through pre-embedded reinforcing bars and are poured with the civilair defense body, thereby satisfying a protecting requirement of the civil air defense project. According to the mounting and application method, the daylighting roof can satisfy a daylighting requirement of the civil air defense project, thereby improving use quality of the civil air defense project and reducing energy consumption of the project. Furthermore through covering by multiple blindagelayers, the daylighting roof can satisfy a protecting requirement of the civil air defense project.
