Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: (1) guaranteeinga punching centering device in a press to be in good condition and lubricating punches before punching at each time; (2) guaranteeing that the surfaces of the upper punch, the lower punch and a raceare smooth and the burr, punch-out and folding surface defects are avoided; (3) punching mutually by the upper punch and the lower punch and punching by a mode of punching a core material of a core part of a steel billet by the upper punch; (4) smoothing when machining chamfering on the edge of the ring piece and lathing the remained cutting marks with the depth exceeding 0.5 mm when machining chamfering; (5) adjusting the heating mode of quenching during heat treatment and adopting a step heating mode; and (6) adopting a water empty water quenching mode on the ring piece, controlling the whole quenching process to be 11 to 14 minutes, charging at once and tempering.
