An outer thread is arranged on the outer side wall of the outer cylinder body. An upper cover body is in screw joint to the outer thread andcovers the top end of the outer cylinder body. Two feeding ports are formed in the upper cover body, and each feeding port is located over the corresponding barrel. A moving transverse groove is formed in the part, on one side of each feeding port, of the top face of the upper cover body. Supporting blocks are fixed to the top faces of the two ends of each moving transverse groove.
