Abstract

The invention discloses an open cut tunnel vertical-digging, loosening and blasting method capable of effectively avoiding flying stones and reducing vibrations. The open cut tunnel vertical-digging,loosening and blasting method comprises the following steps of: (1) pre-cracking and pre-blasting a region III, and then, drilling charged holes and empty holes of a region I and a region II; (2) adopting a positive continuous structure to charge the charged holes, breaking in holes for charging in a mode of spacing with the charged holes; (3) firmly connecting detonator cap wires, guaranteeing good electrifying and covering 0.5m thick sandy soil; (4) using a steel plate with a thickness of 30 mm to cover a blasted body, draining off water from the upper part to soak the steel plate by 0.5-1.0m; and (5) evacuating equipment, staff, animals and the like out of a safety distance, warning, blasting after safety is confirmed, re-checking 15 minutes after blasting, eliminating danger, and relieving warning after no danger is confirmed.
