The system comprises a central processing unit (CPU), wherein the CPU is electrically connected with both a garbage monitoring system and an alarm system through a LoRa gateway; the garbage monitoring system comprises infrared sensors, cameras, a switch group and garbage identifiers, which are all electrically connected with the CPU; the switch group comprises switches which are respectively connected with recyclable garbage bins, snack garbage bins, harmful garbage bins and other garbage bins; and the alarm system comprises buzzers, display screens and alarm lights which are all electrically connected with the CPU.
