Each side of the shell body is provided with one or multiple hydraulic cylinders which are fixedly connected with the shell body. Power is provided to the shear flashboards by hydraulic pressure pullinga piston. The two sides of the shell body can be provided with hydraulic cylinders in series to increase shear force. The power to connect the hydraulic cylinders in series can adopt the hydraulic pressure or seawater. The blowout preventer is different from the method of a traditional blowout preventer which both sides of flashboards simultaneously extrude and shear inward. Single flashboard andone face shear are adopted. The shell body bears the shear counter-force. Pistons on both sides of the blowout preventer are pushed and pulled in the same direction.
