Problems solved by technology

However, the diagnosis of PSG has the following problems: A. The PSG diagnosis data of OSAHS needs to be analyzed and interpreted by professionals with certain technical training and reviewed by sleep experts certified by the committee. The detection process is complex, time-consuming and expensive, and cannot meet the needs of large-scale clinical screening of OSAHS patients; B. For patients, this diagnostic technology is not convenient enough, and overnight bedside detection and wearing of a large number of sensors in hospitals or clinical facilities are also inconvenient. It will affect the patient's mood, which will affect the accuracy of the monitoring results
Such a complex composition also makes the function of exosomes present the characteristics of dynamics, diversity and complexity, and the current research is far from fully revealing

Abstract

The invention provides a serum exosome protein marker for obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and application thereof, and particularly provides application of a detection reagent of the proteinmarker in preparing a kit for detecting the obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. The protein marker is selected from C-reactive protein, haptoglobin and fibronectin; the kit detects the concentration of a protein marker in a subject serum exosome, and compared with normal comparison, the concentration of the C-reactive protein and the concentration of the haptoglobin are increased and / or the concentration of the fibronectin is reduced in the subject serum exosome, and therefore the probability of the obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome is indicated to be increased. The invention also provides a related kit and a detection system. The concentration change levels of the three protein markers from the serum exosome can be used for detecting the obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, in particular to a serum exosome protein marker related to obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and its application. Background technique [0002] Among sleep disorders, the most common is Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS). OSAHS is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and is also associated with excessive daytime sleepiness leading to mental decline, mood changes, and increased motor vehicle accidents. The latest "Sleep White Paper" shows that 20.4% of adults in our country suffer from OSAHS. In the United States, uncontrolled moderate-to-severe OSAHS will increase personal health consumption by 2700-3000 US dollars per year, and the total annual economic cost will reach 65-165 billion US dollars. At present, there is still a lack of research on the impact of OSAHS on health consumption in my country, but it is ...
